Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Order damaged in transit:
If damage is found upon receipt of your order, refuse it and the delivery service will return it to us. Once the order is received, we will contact you and offer a replacement for your order. 

Order damaged when opening the box:
Please inform us by e-mail at the following address: info@ardunena-gin.com. Please attach a picture of the problem. We will do our best to solve the problem. 

Return policy:

2. Unless the order is damaged, it must be returned in a resalable condition. This means in the same condition as when received.
